Estate Sales

During an estate sale, the house or condo is opened up to the public, who can then purchase items from the sale. It’s most common for estate sales to take place over a weekend, possibly two if it’s a large sale. Estates usually need to be liquidated quickly -- and completely -- due to downsizing, debt, divorce, or in some cases, death.

Clean Outs

If there are not enough assets to host an estate sale, we can simply clean out a property for you and get it ready to sell. Prices are subject to the current status of the dwelling. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Appraisals

We can provide a professional unbiased value for any household items for you prior to a sale. We always consider both the value and the current resale potential when determining an appraised value.

Complete Liquidation

We can help you completely liquidate an estate by selling both the personal contents and any real estate as well.

Relocation Services
